**Each meal has 5 oz. of protein, except for the Steak meals, which are 4 oz. per meal. If you desire additional servings of protein, it is $1 per extra ounce.
**Extra servings of vegetables are also an additional $1 charge i.e. Tilapia/Spinach/Spinach/Brown rice, or Tilapia/Double Spinach/Asparagus.
