We accept orders by Thursday 11PM for Sunday Pickup & Delivery, and Monday Pickup orders. Please click here to place your order, and remember to provide us your option for Delivery or Pickup.
How do I order?
The minimum order is $56.00 or order at least 7 meals. You may mix your order purchase with Custom Meals, Protein Cookies, and/or Vacuum-Sealed Proteins, .
What is the purchase minimum?
We have Drop-Off sites to make it easy to pickup near you (all orders will remain in a refrigerator until picked up). Owners of the following businesses reserve the right to dispose of any meals not picked up by end of day Tuesdays, to avoid food-borne illnesses.

How does Pickup work, and are there drop-off/pickup locations?
Deliveries are made once a week, on Sundays between 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM. We deliver in most Northern VA locations including Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church, Fairfax, McLean, Reston. The Delivery fee is $12.00.
A driver will call or email for delivery confirmation and ETA prior to arrival on Sundays.
Residents of other Virginia, Maryland and D.C. areas, please choose a pickup location nearest you. **We do not deliver to Maryland; south of I-95 exit 158; west of I-66 exit 43.** We appreciate your patience as we expand meal drop-off locations. Thank you.

How do I contact your Customer Service?
We only deliver on Mondays to CrossFit Prominent in Gainesville, Jungle Gym in McLean, and Max Muscle Sports Nutrition in Manassas, Fitpro Nutrition Center in Chantilly. There are Sunday pickups at our other pickup locations in Fairfax and Springfield, VA, and in Washington, D.C. (see above at "Drop-off locations" for listing)
Do you deliver and pickup on Mondays?
All major credit cards are accepted at Checkout, upon completion of placing your orders. VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER
How can I pay?
We suggest to freeze meals after 2 days in the refrigerator. Meals may be stored in your freezer up to 2 weeks. FreshLe.Prep vacuum-sealed proteins may be frozen up to one month due to the fact that the proteins are sealed airtight to reduce oxidation.
What is the shelf life of the meals?
If heating at refrigerated temperature, in a microwave 1.5-2 minutes, remove all fresh fruit or vegetables (optional) prior to heating, and to microwaveable dishware or cookware. Heating in a conventional oven, at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Meal containers are microwaveable and BPA-free.
How do I heat my meals?
Terms of service:
Minimum order is $56, or 7 meals. We recommend REFRIGERATING MEALS eaten within 2 DAYS of receiving orders. FREEZE meals if it will be eaten thereafter. FreshLe.Prep, LLC is not responsible for orders not picked up by the client after 2 days of specified drop-off date. FreshLe.Prep, LLC is not responsible for food quality if meals are picked up any day after pickup date. Meals will remain in drop-off facility refrigerators for no more than 2 days following drop-off date.
Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE if the client fails to retrieve within 3 days of delivery at specified pick-up location. Owners of partnered stores and gym facilities for pickup reserve the right to dispose of any meals not picked up 2 days after pickup date, to avoid food-borne illnesses. A refund will be issued no more than 2 days before delivery or pickup date. Please notify us within 24 hours of placing all orders to process a refund. A refund will not be issued after 24 hours of any orders placed. There are no refunds for the inability to pick up any food orders.
